Michael T. Bosen, CPA
began work with a regional accounting firm where he worked in both the tax and accounting services departments. He had the opportunity to work as an on-call controller for various companies, becoming proficient in accounting software including QuickBooks, PeachTree, BusinessWorks, and ACCPAC ProSeries. Michael's experience with both large and small businesses helps him provide creative tax planning and meaningful business advice.
Marcos C. Goodman, CPA, MTax
worked for a national accounting firm as a senior auditor. While at that firm, he had a range of experience in the manufacturing, trucking, automotive, and entertainment industries. In addition, Marcos earned a master's degree in taxation from ASU. With his combined experience and education, he is able to provide individuals and businesses with advanced tax planning opportunities.
Marie I. Kotsailidis, CPA
moved to Arizona from New York in 2001. She became a CPA in 1996 while working for a regional accounting firm in NY. She has worked with many small to midsized companies in various industries helping them understand their accounting systems and tax situation. She is proficient with QuickBooks software and has helped many clients set up and maintain efficient bookkeeping systems.
S. Keith Clouse, CPA
has 27 years experience in public accounting. During his career he has worked in the areas of individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate taxation. He has an extensive background in working with the principles of closely held businesses and with highly compensated individuals including artists, professional athletes, attorneys, medical providers and business owners.
Wanda L. Payne
worked in the construction and printing industries prior to joining our staff in 1990. She realized many years ago that it was important to support clients in their QuickBooks accounting. With her tax and accounting background, she has been able to help clients with their QuickBooks issues for the past 10 years. She is certified as a QuickBooks pro advisor for 2008 and 2009.
